7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 15000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exclusions:
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return.
- Customized or made-to-order items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Curiouslifestyle@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
